Apple unveils new iPods
Apple chief executive Steve Jobs unveiled new products at an event in the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco today. The company refreshed its line of iPod media players, as well as announced a new version of its Apple TV. The new iPod Touch features front- and rear- facing cameras, which allows a user to hold video chats with iPhone or other iPod Touch owners through Wi-Fi. The new iPod Touch also features the same HD video camcorder and LED screen as the iPhone 4. Jobs said that the new device is part of the "strongest new lineup of iPods we've ever had.""It's the biggest change in the iPod lineup ever," he said.The new iPod nano features a multi-touch screen that is the smallest version of Apple's nano line ever produced. Jobs told reporters and investors at the event that Apple has sold 275 million iPods to date. He also announced a long overdue update for its Apple TV system, which will stream high-definition movies and TV shows from the Internet into a television. The
